We would like to begin by respectfully acknowledging that the Town of Shelburne resides within the traditional territory and ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe, including the Ojibway, Potawatomi, Chippewa and the People of the Three Fires Confederacy.

Members of Council are required to state any pecuniary interest in accordance with the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act.

  • Recommendation:

    BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives report CAO 2023-05 regarding Grey County Weekend Transit Service 2023 – Route Adjustments for information;

    and that the revised route adjustments for weekend service be approved pending weekend transit service being approved in the 2023 budget.

  • Recommendation:

    THAT the Shelburne & District Fire Board draft 2023 budget be received for information.

  • Recommendation:

    BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given for the reading and enacting of By-law 06-2023 being a By-law to confirm certain proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Shelburne for its special council meeting held January 30, 2023.

  • Recommendation:

    BE IT RESOLVED THAT we now adjourn to meet at the call of the Mayor.
