• Recommendation:

  BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes from the Regular Council meeting held November 13, 2023 be approved as presented and circulated.

Report P2023-19 from the Town Planner regarding  - Consent Agreement for application B21/05 for a residential lot severance at 220 Owen Sound Street 

• Recommendation:

  BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives report P2023-16 as information;

  AND THAT leave be given for the reading and enacting of By-law #64-2023, being a by-law to enter into a consent agreement with Jeff Hamilton for land located at 220 Owen Sound Street in the Town of Shelburne.

Report FS 2023-14 from the Director of Financial services/Treasurer regarding Asset Retirement Obligation Policy

• Recommendation:

  BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Town of Shelburne receives the staff report FS 2023-14 with respect to the Asset Retirement Obligation Policy; and

  THAT Council adopts the Asset Retirement Obligation Policy.

By-law #65-2023 is ready for Council's Consideration being a By-law to Adopt the Estimates for the Sums Required During the Year 2024 for General and Water/Sewer Purposes of the Corporation of the Town of Shelburne

• Recommendation:

  BE IT RESOLVED THAT leave be given for the reading and enacting of By-law #65-2023 being a by-law to adopt the estimates for the sums required during the year 2024 for general and water/sewer purposes of the Corporation of the Town of Shelburne

• Recommendation:

  BE IT RESOLVED THAT the resolution from the Canada Day Committee requesting the rescinding of By-law #30-2007 be received as information.
